- Offer AMNESTY to Cabal members, encouraging them to stop immediately.
- Give LEGAL IMMUNITY to those who need this to act for Humanity and a better world.
- ARREST those Cabal members who are behind international financial tyranny and crimes, if they do not surrender peacefully.
- Appeal to all living beings who truly and genuinely love and care, to immediately ASSIST mankind in all ways necessary or beneficial to Humanity!
